I'm really glad we bought this bike. The cargo area is big enough to fit two kids plus beach or picnic gear. Our dog has also gotten used to riding in it. I've ridden in it a few times too and I can see why my kids love it. I'm 5'2", so I was a little nervous about driving it myself, but it's stable and easy to control once you get the hang of the pedal assist. Definitely recommend
It's a phenomenal bike, but I had to try and watch a video to assemble it and the video was incredibly hard to follow. I tried to call Dirwin customer service and they sent me to another number with a busy tone. On the other hand Quality Quest Bikes was incredibly responsive. They actually tried to get in contact with Dirwin for me to alleviate the issues. This would have been 3 stars or less without their involvement.
I just bought the caravan. It is very easy to ride vs other cargo bikes I�ve tried. The box is well made and very comfortable for my kids. It�s surprisingly easy to store and doesn�t take up much room. I love the seats and the cover. This thing has power!! Even pushing kids I don�t need more than the first level of assist. Will be using for school drop offs. We absolutely love it
