Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. Orders are processed (handling times) within 1-2 business days. Shipping and transit times may vary from 2-7 business days. Altogether, total delivery times (handling + shipping) range between 3 - 9 business days.

For custom-built products, typical manufacturing lead times take 1-6 weeks (5 to 30 business days) and once built, shipping takes about 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. Altogether, total delivery times for custom-built orders (handling + shipping) range between 5 - 30 business days.
Please note manufacturing lead-times of custom-built orders vary depending on product model and specifications.
Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders are accepted for items that are currently out of stock. Estimated delivery times for pre-ordered items will be provided via email upon confirmation of estimate restocking with our suppliers. You will receive a notification once your pre-ordered item is ready to be shipped.

While we are committed to ensuring the prompt delivery of your order, there may be very rare occasions where delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
