1. Bakcou E-Bikes
The warranty covers your e-bike for a limited time from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is only valid for products purchased new, directly from our company, and requires registration within 45 days of receiving the product in order to cover:
- **Lifetime Frame Warranty**: The frame is covered against factory defects for the lifetime of the original owner, provided the product is registered within 45 days of receipt.
- **2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty**: All products and their components are protected against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. This includes parts like the motor, battery, and other key components but excludes normal wear and tear.
Extended warranty options are available for purchase, offering one-time replacement of parts and components after the initial warranty period ends. Please contact Bakcou who has partnered with Extend to offer supplemental extended warranty packages for an additional cost. Extended warranty packages allow for a one-time replacement on parts and components. Extended warranties start on the day the Bakcou Limited Warranty period ends.

2. Dirwin Bike E-Bikes
All Dirwin Bikes are covered under the Manufacturer's 12-month All-Inclusive Warranty against all manufacturing defects.
The warranty starts when the initial owner of the bike has received it.
The warranty is automatically registered when purchasing from the online shop, therefore the warranty is linked to the initial purchaser.

3. Electric Bike Company E-Bikes
Motor Warranty- A 10-year warranty covers manufacturer defects, excluding damage from abuse, neglect, misuse, or accidents.
- Free repairs or exchanges within the first 30 days for manufacturing defects. After 30 days, labor charges apply.
- After 10 years, customers must pay full price for a new motor.
Battery Warranty
- A 2-year warranty covers manufacturer defects, but neglectful charging that leads to battery failure is not covered.
- Charge the battery every 2-3 weeks when not in use; failure to do so voids the warranty.
- Water damage and battery degradation after 2 years are not covered.
- Only use regular wall outlets to charge the battery; improper charging methods void the warranty.
Paint Warranty
- A 30-day limited warranty covers defective paint and fading (excluding neon colors) for the original retail purchaser.
- The warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, improper assembly/maintenance, and damage from activities not intended for the bicycle.
- Any use outside the reasonable intended purpose of the bicycle or commercial use.

5. NAKTO E-Bikes
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.The warranty is valid for one year from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required for coverage.
What the Warranty Covers:
- The warranty covers the motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake, and PAS system, ensuring they are free from material and workmanship defects under normal use for one year.
- Pre-existing defects at the time of delivery are covered. The warranty includes the motor, battery, and controller.
- The battery warranty does not cover normal capacity degradation over time or damage due to power surges, improper charging, maintenance, misuse, or normal wear.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Minor imperfections or deviations that do not affect the product's functionality.
- Cosmetic damage such as cracks, dents, or scratches on the exterior.
- Normal wear and tear of parts like tires, brake pads, chains, saddles, etc.
- Water damage or batteries left to self-discharge for extended periods.
- Damage or defects due to improper assembly, maintenance, unauthorized repairs, exceeding weight/speed limits, or any alterations to the product.
- Labor costs for repair or replacement unless specified.

6. Fucare E-Bikes
Warranty Overview:
- The warranty covers e-bikes and their components for one year against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Accessories are not covered.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Covered Products:
- Frames: Covered for one year from the original purchase date. Exclusions include corrosion, paint fade, impact damage, and irreversible modifications like drilling or welding.
- Batteries: Covered for one year or up to 300 charging cycles, retaining 75% of original capacity. Exclusions include tampering, improper charging, use with non-specified equipment, and using non-compatible batteries that could damage the bike.
- Electrical Parts: Includes motor, throttle, LCD display, controller, wiring harness, lights, sensors, and charger. Covered for one year from the original purchase date.
- Accessories & Other Components: Covered for one year. Free accessories are not under warranty. Components like suspension forks, brakes (excluding pads), crankset, rims, and derailleur are covered. Consumables such as tires, tubes, and grips are covered for one week after receipt of goods.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear and tear, consumables, or damage from misuse, neglect, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or commercial use.
- Water damage, power surges, and use of an improper charger for the battery are not covered.
- Corrosion and damage from improper maintenance or unauthorized service are excluded.
- Determining whether damage or defect is covered under the warranty is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

7. Ecotric E-bikes / E-trikes
An 18-month warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, battery, motor, controller, and display of electric bicycles purchased by the original buyer.
The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser who can provide the order number.
Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance or repair, modifications, accidents, or use of third-party components.

Battery damage caused by power surges, improper charging, misuse, normal wear, or water damage is not covered.
Registration Requirement:

The warranty must be activated within 30 days of the original purchase by registering the bike, with all required fields completed.

8. EAHORA E-Bikes
- Eahora provides a 1-year all-inclusive warranty for manufacturing defects to the original owner.
- Components such as forks, handlebars, brakes, and lights are covered for 5 months, while the frame has a 2-year warranty.
- Lithium-ion batteries are warranted for 1 year, excluding damage from improper use or maintenance.
Geographical Limitations
- Warranty parts are shipped only within the continental U.S. Parts for bikes sent outside the U.S. will only be shipped to the country of the original shipment.
Exclusions
- Wear and tear, second-owner bikes, and damages from misuse, improper assembly, or extreme riding are not covered.
- Eahora also excludes damages caused by collisions, weather, and force majeure (natural events).
Limitations
- Eahora won’t replace parts without visual proof (photos or videos). Warranty does not cover third-party service costs, consumables (tires, brake pads), or damages from unauthorized repairs or parts.

9. FIIDO E-BIKES
- Fiido offers a 1-year limited warranty covering main parts, including the motor, battery, display, handlebar.
- Frame is covered for 3-year warranty
- Smaller components like the headlight, brakes and saddles are covered for 3 months.
- The warranty is valid from the delivery date and covers manufacturing defects only. Regular wear, misuse, modifications, and damage from accidents are not included.
- If non-human damage is found within the warranty period, Fiido will send replacement parts free of charge.
Exclusions
- Failures caused by the user's failure to follow the "Instruction Manual" for use, maintenance, and adjustments.
- Failures resulting from unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or modifications by the user.
- Failures caused by improper use, storage, or accidents by the user.
- No warranty card or a warranty card inconsistent with the bicycle.
- Vulnerable parts and consumables, including brake seat bags, plastic parts, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches, are not covered by the warranty for repair, replacement, or compensation.
- Repair costs incurred at other repair shops without the consent of the authorized maintenance organization.
- Slight scratches or damage to the outer shell caused by logistics transportation of the accessories are not covered by the warranty.
- Scratched or broken lead fittings are not covered by the warranty.
