I have finally completed installing my Lift Caddy and bike rack and took it for a spin. It is very solid and secure. The lift does not go fully flat on the ground, which makes sense, so there is a little lifting of my e-bike to get it on my bike rack, but nothing like it was with out the lift caddy. The Lift Caddy moves slowly but it definitely works great. It solves my problem of transporting my e bike to local trails. I think after using it a few times, I will be more comfortable with it and would definitely be able to manage by myself. These e bikes are just plain heavy, so the lift caddy is perfect for what I need. Sean, the owner was very accessible and helped me with a few installation issues which was greatly appreciated, although it was not a difficult installation. I�m just a bit challenged when it comes to assembling things. All in all, I�m a fan.

It seems to work just like advertised. We got so my wife can go biking when I'm not home. It goes as low to the ground as the bike rack will allow, which is enough. If I got a different bike rack it would get even lower.
I've only had it about a week so I have no idea of the longevity of the caddy but it seems to be very well built.
