We live in Manhattan, NY. I researched for months before making this purchase. There is a 34 mile bike path around the city ??We traveled 39 miles with no problems at all with the battery life, which is not its limit, and could have traveled much farther using the power-assisted footpegs midway through the trip. We have enjoyed these bikes so much!!! It is a comfortable ride.
