It was a wonderful experience riding this luxury trike. Had a problem adjusting to max speed on the display. For some reason the bolts came loose on the back rest brackets. I don't know if came undone. or someone was trying to take it. Remember to have expensive locks, no cables. Especially what the trike cost you.
Great customer service and knowledge of e-bikes. They really helped me out of a bind when my bike got stolen and I had to get a replacement that was hard to get.
This is the second one I purchased. It's a great bike.
I like how it's easy to put in and take out and it stays put, hasn't fell out yet.
I like the trike and it is everything it’s advertised to be , but for me personally, the set isn’t comfortable. No one else that has ridden it has a problem, maybe I have a sensitive butt🙂 . I ordered the bench seat with armrest, but it hasn’t arrived yet. We’re supposed to be here yesterday but didn’t arrive..

M20 3.0 dual battery delivered today, assembled in two hours and on the road. This is THE e-bike of e-bikes! This is my 4th bike in 4 years and it is fantastic- well-built, high quality and best value for money. Handles superbly and power / speed is as advertised. It�s the closest you�ll get to a motorbike with pedals. Very happy customer!
Great Bike
Good riding trike, good speed and the comfort is really good.
Excellent bike, so good that this is our second one. Torque sensor makes it frelnlike riding a normal bike, but easier on the hills.
Bought another Fiido C11 Pro. Excellent bike and $250 cheaper than the last time I bought one I bought in the UK.
This bikes torque sensor makes it great value, with the same ride as much more expensive bikes from the likes of Specialized etc. I can pick this bike up easily to put it in my truck. Our first e-bike was a Velotric Nomad. It was more expensive, it weighs a ton and it has a cadence sensor making it ride like a bike with a motor strapped on it rather than a bike that helps you ride longer and faster. In my youth I was a bike mechanic and I�ve been a cyclist for 50+ years so I appreciate when some thought has gone into building a bike . I highly recommend the C11 Pro
Awesome rocket ship for great experience in the out doors, I'm 6'1 and 212 pds this bike doesn't disappoint worth the money in my opinion.
