My wife and I purchased 2 Meet One Tour Lite 2.0 trikes. Great quality products. I am a 69 year old disabled veteran with a below knee amputated leg and the Meet One trikes are an awesome and a more stable bicycle for me to ride than my two wheeled e-bike was as I try to stay active at my older age. I just finished a 26 mile ride in 95 degree heat on a very hilly, bumpy, curvy trail around a lake and did not want to get off the trike. Way too much FUN!!! My wife had a Moon Cool TK1 trike which is far less stable cornering than the Meet One trikes are. These trikes are outstanding with a heavier and lower center of gravity, and great suspensions did I mention WAY TO MUCH FUN!!! The customer service from Quality Quest Bikes is outstanding, very friendly and knowledgeable. The only two complaints I have is first due to high demand it took over a month to receive the trikes so order early and enjoy your summer riding. Second complaint is we purchased the premium seats with backrest and armrests but they cannot be installed with the rear baskets that came with the trikes, you have to purchase the Meet One Compact Rear Baskets. We did not realize that they were needed and that there is an option to purchase the Seats with the compact rear baskets for a cost of $299.00 each, so we had to pay an additional $265.98 for the two compact rear baskets and are awaiting their arrival from Meet One next week. Quality Quest Bikes sends an email when the bikes are shipped and includes links for assembly, and operation of the trikes. The assembly is a little more in depth than the link describes, you have to assemble all three wheels and fenders and the installation of the premium seats video link is not very good it is more detailed than the included link. We googled a you tube video on the premium seats installation and that is when we discovered that you need the compact rear baskets to go with the seats. All and All very satisfied with the trikes and Quality Quest Bikes. Did I mention WAY TO MUCH FUN!!! Thank you Quality Quest Bikes I cannot wipe the smile of my face from today’s great ride.

The Meet One Breeze Pro is fantastic! A beautifully functioning and thoroughly fun etrike! Truly a dream. So cute to look at too! Very comfortable to ride. Being a senior, I was a bit intimidated about riding it, but once I learned how to ride it, it was easy and I was confident in how to operate it. I have now found a new freedom in my new etrike! Very well built. Really like the color. Fast delivery without any damage. Would buy it again for sure. Love it! Love it! Love it!

This has been my daily ride for almost a month now and it definitely does not disappoint!! It’s an head turner!! Every where I go I constantly get compliments on the look of the bike and impressive speed.
-What I really like- Powerful motor.. easily hits 40mph. Climbs hills no problem. I ride in traffic daily have no issues keeping up… most of the time I’m quickly ahead. Hydraulic breaks work great. Some people have said back suspension is a bit tight but feels good to me with no adjustments. Charges super fast. Tires are great especially for street riding. What I like less- while the headlights are super bright looking at the bike… they could be better for the rider. Break light is faint while headlights are on… so night riding makes me a bit uncomfortable…the pedal assist is kind of a novelty with this bike, but I got it for the throttle anyhow. All in all these are minimal issues in comparison to the performance of the bike as a whole. So after a month of daily riding I’m super happy with this bike. My free gifts did not come with the shipment, however, Matt has provided great customer service in keeping us in the loop. Really the only thing I could want was for the bike to come with a manual… so no user guide or assembly assist…but there are plenty of You tube videos to help.

I am so glad I decided to get this bike. I’ve been using it to commute to work. I have some serious hills I have to tackle and this bike handles them like it’s nothing. I love how comfortable it is to ride. I can’t weight to set the bike up for passengers. The plan is to take my daughter and bike around town instead of using the car.

I have finally completed installing my Lift Caddy and bike rack and took it for a spin. It is very solid and secure. The lift does not go fully flat on the ground, which makes sense, so there is a little lifting of my e-bike to get it on my bike rack, but nothing like it was with out the lift caddy. The Lift Caddy moves slowly but it definitely works great. It solves my problem of transporting my e bike to local trails. I think after using it a few times, I will be more comfortable with it and would definitely be able to manage by myself. These e bikes are just plain heavy, so the lift caddy is perfect for what I need. Sean, the owner was very accessible and helped me with a few installation issues which was greatly appreciated, although it was not a difficult installation. I�m just a bit challenged when it comes to assembling things. All in all, I�m a fan.
